Metal cutting and machining. Electric panel with totally identifiable wiring, main lockable disconnect switch, motor magneto thermal overload, minimum tension coil and protection against missing phase. Panel with low tension controls: polyester membrane keypad with tactile thermo-shaped buttons which give out an acoustic signal when pressed. IP55 control handle at 24V. for manual cycle.
Total protection of the band on the rear side and under the bandguides. DISPLAY to visualize: - Diagnostics (approximately 80 messages) - State of the machine (cutting cycle, etc..) - Alarms (description of the cause) - Count of cuts - Cutting time - Band tensioning.
