Vertical saws and adjustment parameters: The head stroke, according to the dimensions of the material which has to be cut, is set directly from the control panel. Movable Start/Emergency device. Coolant pistol to keep working surfaces clean. Adjustable precision stops for cuts at 0°, 45°, 60° left and 45° right. Wire chip brush for band cleaning. Sliding vice with sideways movement and fast-positioning system which functions in automatic also when in manual mode. Regulation of vice and bow pressure. Rotating table (mounted on a 420mm roller bearing, prewinded with axial bearing) with steel vice plate which can be replaced after wear. Steel base allows to recover coolant also when cutting at the maximum degrees. Steel base with wide tank for the coolant and electric pump for band lubrication and cooling. _The drawer to collect swarf can be replaced by a motorized chip evacuator (OPTIONAL). Adjustable cut to measure device, with milimtered scale, to make cuts of the same length. Stock support arm predisposed to mount loading table.
